✨ Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.

✨ No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

✨ Running late?
Please let us know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 50% into your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate your service and it will be considered a late cancellation—resulting in the applicable fee.
